Verde Valley Fairground is located in Cottonwood, Arizona, Take  I- 17, north from Phoenix to the #287 exit

(approx 1 1/2 hours), or south from Flagstaff, (approx 1 hour) West on Hwy 260 to Main St. (Hwy 89A). 

Turn Left, Go through one stoplight, to the next street to the left which is Cherry, turn Left. 

It will dead end after one block, into the Fairground.

LOCATION OF JUNE AUCTION

Wells Ranch Auction is located 3 miles east of Show Low, Arizona. Travel east of Show Low on Hwy. 60. At Mile Marker 345, turn north on Little Mormon Lake Rd. Travel 3.5 miles to Big Bear. Turn Right. Follow Big Bear to the last place on your left. Watch for Auction Signs!
